We will be back to Winston, and we will stay here again.
Housekeeping did an okay job on our room each day, but it never had that “sparkling clean” feeling it did upon check in. We love the extra sleeping space in the room. We ordered pizzas one night so the 12 of us could have dinner, and we had a great time. She’d stop at our table to chat, and yo make sure we all had what we needed. She opened breakfast up for us early on s fed occasions because we had to leave for the track so early. Jennifer, the woman who is in charge of breakfast, is possibly the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. 30 minutes to the airport, 40 minutes to Greensboro, 15 minutes to Wake (my alma mater), 15 minutes to downtown Winston, and you can literally walk to shopping and eateries near the hotel. It’s easy to get anywhere from the hotel. We were in the area this time for a track meet at A&T. We’ve stayed here before, so we knew it was good.
